REFUND AND SCHEDULE.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is the main objective of the consultancy. We are committed to reviewing each case, making any necessary corrections and, if there is a failure on our side, offering you a refund. Cancellations of any service within 7 working days after contracting are entitled to a free and full refund .

Scheduling Policy.

Início do Serviço e Entrega do Projeto

Todos os serviços, presenciais ou online, devem ser marcados diretamente pelos canais oficiais visíveis no site (e-mail ou WhatsApp), onde haverá um alinhamento de agendas entre a profissional e a cliente. No âmbito online os serviços acontecerão via Google Meet, através do link da reunião enviado para o email cadastrado do cliente ou número de Whatsapp. Já presencialmente, o encontro também pode ser marcado pelos canais, onde combinaremos o local de realização do serviço. Embora leve em torno de 1 a 2 meses para a elaboração dos projetos, a cliente tem um período total de 1 ano para se organizar em caso de reagendamento e outras necessidades. Após esse prazo de um ano, o projeto será cancelado.

delays

In order to respect our clients' time and the responsible professional's time, we ask that you arrive on time for your consultation. Customers between 15 and 30 minutes late will be charged a 20% fee on the contracted amount and customers who arrive more than 40 minutes late​​ they will lose the original appointment and be rescheduled.

Reschedulings

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you notify us of any rescheduling at least 48 hours in advance of the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, please let us know at least 3 hours in advance. Cancellations that violate these rules will incur a 20% cancellation fee on the total amount , which will be added to your next appointment.

absences

In case you miss your appointment, you will be charged a 25% missed service fee , which will be added to your next appointment. In addition, booking your next visit will require payment of a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the service you wish to book. Two or more missed appointments , without justification, lead the client to be excluded from the possibility of future appointments.
